• Retail Orders: All regular retail orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

• Wholesale Orders: For wholesale orders, we aim to ship within 7-14 business days or sooner, depending on the specifics of the order. Please note that orders for 100 glosses or more may require additional processing time. These special custom orders could take 14+ business days to complete, but rest assured, we work diligently to fulfill all orders promptly.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
